Celebration of Bagpipes

We are just around the corner from the 4th Annual Celebration of Bagpipes (CoB4) on May 16, 2025, at Bel Air. CoB4 is going to be another Music Festival located in Bel Air’s courtyard and will feature several local bands along with the great bagpipe sounds from around the region, and of course, BA's #bigredpipeband.

This year’s festival will feature music and dance from Bel Air’s feeder schools, BA’s Jazz Band, Eddie and the Cruisers, The Tim Thompson and Burt Ferguson Duo, with Rhapsody headlining the event. Gates open at 1:30PM, music begins at 2:00. Our salute to Bagpipes begins at 6PM with Rhapsody finishing out the night beginning at 8PM.

Funds raised from CoB4 will go towards helping to Bring Back the Bagpipes... Bigger and Better and The John Estes Scholarship Fund to help a deserving Piper continue their education after graduation. We look forward to your continued support in helping keep Bel Air’s most cherished tradition alive and well!

Classic Highlanders and the public can also make donations to the newly established scholarship fund either online at the Classic Highlander website: https://myevent.com/belairclassichighlander , or directly to the Ysleta Educational Foundation: Ysleta Education Foundation / Homepage (yisd.net) who are managing the program in conjunction with the Bel Air High School Classic Highlander Clan.
